KNA continues to explore via a very thorough schematic presentation to not only gain approval on the design direction but also to provide enough detail for the contractor and client to produce an overall financial estimate. Also, we can provide a narrative and an ample drawing set to communicate the design intent for any pricing purposes. Prudence is key. Upon approval of the schematic design phase, our team shifts to the documentation stage. We typically have weekly coordination meetings within our main office team plus ensure we continue to submit progress sets of work product to the client for ongoing review.
